The program will include information on harvest and post-harvest handling of allium crops as well as pest and disease management for organic and conventional growers. Each participant will receive a Leek Moth pocket guide.
Speakers include Masanori Seto (Cornell University); Amy Ivy and Crystal Stewart (Eastern NY Commercial Horticulture Program); Christine Hoepting (Cornell Vegetable Program); Scott Lewins (St. Michael's College) and Vic Izzo (University of Vermont and Champlain College).
