This workshop will cover the basic considerations for selecting a site for your future vineyard and how to establish a new planting. Jay White of Essex, NY and Mike Spiak of The Fossil Stone Vineyard will describe their experiences selecting property, preparing land, and planning their vineyards. The Champlain Valley location will include a hands-on planting workshop.
