Join us at Jeffrey Guerin's berry farm for a morning of pruning demonstrations, pest and disease identification, and more. Bring your own pruners so that you can learn by doing! Dress warmly for our workshop, which will be held outdoors. In the case of severe weather on the 26^th, the workshop will be held at the same time on the 27^th. Light refreshments will be provided.

10:15: Overview of berry production at Irona Berry Haven (Jeffrey Guerin, Irona Berry Haven)

10:30: Blueberry pruning and scouting demonstrations, hands-on pruning (Heather Kase, CCE ENYCHP)

11:30: Considerations when starting a PYO operation: Food safety, agritourism regulations, marketing, grant opportunities, and more (Elisabeth Hodgdon, CCE ENYCHP and Lindsey Pashow, Harvest NY)
