Are you concerned about finding enough seasonal employees for your farm or business? Learn more from NYS DOL about the H2A and H2B visa programs which allow you to legally bring foreign temporary workers to the US. This program is hosted by Cornell Cooperative Extension's Eastern NY Commercial Hort. Program and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County.
11:00am-12:00noon H2A The H-2A program allows U.S. employers or U.S. agents who meet specific regulatory requirements to bring foreign nationals to the United States to fill temporary agricultural jobs.
Lunch on your own - bring your lunch, or there are several restaurants in the same shopping plaza.
1:00pm-2:30pm H2B The H-2B program allows U.S. employers or U.S. agents who meet specific regulatory requirements to bring foreign nationals to the United States to fill temporary nonagricultural jobs.
